If you&#039;re in the 80, and what I mean is that you know the requirements because you&#039;re connected to them, and you can just start building something whether a prototype, simulation, or actual interface. But as organizations expand, and you get stuck in the 20...then you&#039;re just a link in the chain trying to accomplish the same thing, only in a more complicated way. The need to create loads of documentation is indeed to hide the fact that we don&#039;t have a clue what we&#039;re doing.</description>
